Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta
The Fear of Victory
Winning. Who wouldn’t strive to be a championship contender year after year? We all have a desire for success, but the road to it isn’t always so pretty. With unavoidable detours, the journey to the top is never easy. Especially in the world of racing. Racing is one of the very few sports in the world that can penalize you after a competitor’s gamble. Fortunately, we understand and embrace the intensity of motorsports. Therefore, we don’t make excuses lightly. We push through them. It’s part of life. As we transition from another tough break at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, SigalSport Racing will keep the desire for Championship contention running full-throttle.
Race Recap:
SigalSport Racing had some work to do after Sebring, FL. In addition to missing Charlotte, the SigalSport Camaro had to undergo a major rebuild process. In return, we came into Road Atlanta starting from ground zero.
As expected, the SigalSport Camaro was off from competitive pace coming into race weekend.
Similar to Sebring, SigalSport had to establish a base set-up while implementing microscopic adjustments on the new suspension system to accommodate the newly built chassis.
Qualifying results wasn’t the prettiest we’d hoped for; however, it was expected when following a quickly rebuilt chassis.
On Raceday, the SigalSport Camaro was involved in an unexpected racing incident.
